[ICOM] IC02AT Question

No that's not it. I tried 146.94 and tried -600
Failed.

I can't even program the off-set amount to 600 kHz

FUNC-7 doesn't work. The 6 key won't do its thing.
Pretty sure it needs a CPU reset.
