[ICOM] IC02AT Question

Hey Bry...Dave here (from SKCC...recent T60-2NT QSO).
Anyway....Try programming first on a standard frequency...like a minus 
offset on 146.70 receive frequency.
Yes...it would not allow you to program offsets that would take you out 
of the band, and quite possibly....would not let you program offsets 
that were not used back then ...but are now. That is why you should 
first see if you can make it work on 31-91, or 34-94.
I have two or three of them myself.
