[ICOM] IC-756ProIII: Meter adjustment menu Was: increase tuning power to 20 Watts?

I was thinking of doing what a LOT of people have been doing for the QRP
or Digital Modes, apply a variable DC voltage to the ALC input,and just
run the radio at MAX power and switch in this "X" power level at
whatever level you want it to be,
