[ICOM] IC-756ProIII: Meter adjustment menu Was: increase tuning power to 20 Watts?

It looks as if it can be set through the meter adjustment menu. Per the 
service manual, I put a 3.5mm plug in the remote jack and then I hold 
the SSB and CW/RTTY buttons down while powering on the PIII, but the 
adjustment menu does not appear. Has anyone ever successfully accessed 
this menu? Perhaps I'm overlooking something.
