look at the main tuning knob. There should be a rubber band around the knob.
lift
the band off and tighten the set screw. Worked for me

Isn't there a "brake" control for it? Look for a little lever near the knob
that might have gotten moved.
I could be remembering some other radio's feature. Been a few years since I
had a PRO3.
