[ICOM] 756Pro3 tuning knob turns roughly

If there's some sort of brake control, I don't see it.

Isn't there a "brake" control for it? Look for a little lever near the knob
that might have gotten moved.

I could be remembering some other radio's feature. Been a few years since I
had a PRO3.
