[ICOM] IC-765 question

We always used Icom parts. You might check with Scott Malcom of Malcom Technical Support. He does a lot of service on the older Icom radios. I am not sure Icom still has parts, but I would give them a call. I think the N-110 was Neon type of opto isolator or similar circuit, it is in the power supply start up circuit. Scott may have another source for them, if Icom does not have the actual part. He may also some idea as to the slow start up of the power supply. I don't have Scott's number or email handy but a Google search or look on eham.net will turn up his information.
