[ICOM] IC-765 question

Gary,

IC-1 is listed as a photo interrupter n110.  In case that is the guilty
component, is there any way I could get an equivalent part from Mouser? I
don't know much about solid state electronics, so this is a bit confusing
to me. R-5 checked out exactly at 3 ohms, so that appears to be good. I
have made the adjustments listed for the 13.8 voltage (R-14), but the R-19
adjustment does nothing (at least on my digital voltmeter).  I made the
adjustments with the power supply connected to the radio instead of
isolated with the 300w rheostat connected.  Don't know if that has any
bearing on the testing or not.
