[ICOM] Cheap Chinese CI-V interface

Thanks.  The Mac in question here is a PowerMac G5 with OSX 10.5
Leopard.  There was a mini-cd with the interface that included a
Mac driver, but I installed it and it still doesn't show the device.
Maybe that was a driver for the Intel Macs only - it didn't say.
And I don't know much about Macs, mainly a Linux guy with enough
Windows knowledge to get into trouble.  I borrowed the Mac to do an
experiment, which I've done, but the lender wants me to keep it.

I tried it with the IC-7200 and that more or less works but I can't
get a high enough receive audio level.  This is all using fldigi and
friends.
