[ICOM] Cheap Chinese CI-V interface

I got one of these marked LD-C101 from one of the sources on ebay.
Seems to be supported by Linux, and they provide a Windows driver,
but no driver for MacOSX.

Anyway, it worked for a little while and then broke.  If you have
one of these here's what to do.

Pop open the plastic housing.  Just pry with a knife blade along the
side seams.

The USB plug has some tabs that are inserted through the PC board.
On the one that broke, these were not soldered to the PC board, were
only bent over.  This allowed flexure between the plug and the board
and eventually broke one of the connections.

So - solder the tabs to the board.  On mine the broken connection was
not obvious to the eye, but reheating the solder joints on the USB
connector tabs fixed it.

Put the housing back together.
