Sorry I can't answer that directly, BUT......
If you have a well stocked True Value store near you, they have Metric screws in stock of all pitches. Mine even has a wall fixture that lets you try your screw or nut to check the fit......I suspect it's an M6.
I spent many a week in Tokyo and even a LOT of Icom 'experts' don't know that the screw heads are NOT Phillips. They are called JIS screws. A Phillips driver will fit them 'close enough', but the correct bit is always best. I bought a set of Japanese screwdrivers of incredible quality, for $12 in a little hardware store in Tokyo. You can identify a JIS screw by a small 'dot' between slots. Just like a 'supra drive' is a little different, it makes a big difference, if you do a lot of removals, like I do.....

I've lost one of the screws that holds the belt clip to the HT. Does anyone
know the size and thread pitch of those screws? The instruction manual only
shows that there are two of them.

I've already asked ICOM Technical Support. One of them replied he was
unable to find the information.
