[ICOM] Tamiya connectors

If the Tamiya connectors are like Molex pins you might be able to get 
small tubing from a hobby shop that will fit over them and allow you to 
remove the pins, like an extraction tool, but cheaper.
Also I've seen where some will replace the connector on both the radio 
and cable with Powerpole connectors for long term reliability.
