[ICOM] Power output Problem with my 730

Hi Ken,

Sounds like it is going into self oscillation. Open up the case and tighten 
down all of the circuit board screws. That has solved the problem in a 
couple of Icom rigs I have had.  Good luck, hope it is that easy of a 
solution.
