[ICOM] Power output Problem with my 730

   I noticed something weird with my 730 today.  I seldom go above 20 meters.  After reading a few Facebook posts in the 10 meter group, I went to 10 and found the band open.  Don't have a 10 meter antenna, but have a matchbox.  When I keyed up on 10 to tune the tuner, it went full power output.  No control with the power output control on the 730.  Does the same thing on 17, 12 and 15 meter band, and AM, LSB, USB AND CW.  	Everything from 20 down acts normal.  I don't have another receiver, so I cant tell if its oscillating or just carrier.  
Any ides?
