Ooopss. A correction. I had the SPA-4, (Yellow handle). The SPA-3 is blue
and is a hook style. The SPA-1 is green and the SPA-2 is red. Both of the
later have round pins. The SPA-4 had a flat pin that needed very little
filing to fit the BNC nut on ICOM HT's.

I posted once before that I used a bicycle repair tool, Park Tools SPA-3
spanner, but that tool is no longer in production. However, the SPA-1 and
SPA-2 are still available and could easily be filed to fit. Especially the
SPA-1 since it has a larger pin, 2.9mm vs 2.2mm . These can be found at any
decent local bicycle repair shop or online.

There is also a SPA-6 which is more adjustable with replaceable pins.
