I posted once before that I used a bicycle repair tool, Park Tools SPA-3
spanner, but that tool is no longer in production. However, the SPA-1 and
SPA-2 are still available and could easily be filed to fit. Especially the
SPA-1 since it has a larger pin, 2.9mm vs 2.2mm . These can be found at any
decent local bicycle repair shop or online.

There is also a SPA-6 which is more adjustable with replaceable pins.
