[ICOM] RC-10 Frequency Controller

No, I did have the heavy little box RC10.  I said that the UX 14 is a
better choice.  I actually built a UX-14 clone using a 68xx microcontroller
before Icom made them available.  Lots of people don't realize you can do
CI-5 with the 751 and similar older Icoms
