[ICOM] Help with IC-7410

Jeff, 

Did you put in the correct ICOM address. 
Look at the device manager and verify you have the correct com port number.
Make sure you have the radio set to a fixed baud rate instead of Autobaud. 
Some programs do not support Autobaud.

Be sure you select the standard Icom CI-V protocol and not IC-735. 
It should work with any logging program.
