[ICOM] Help with IC-7410

Need some help with an ICOM IC-7410. Loaded the USB driver and configured
with radio just fine. Neither ACLog, N1MM or nGenLog logging programs will
sync with the rig after settings match to the COM port (bauds, partity,
etc). Any suggestions?
 
I assume the USB port replaces the traditional CI-V interface? 

Anyone have a logging program that they have working with the 7410 and the
USB port?
