[ICOM] ICOM IC-2350H questions

George,

I think the radio might have been reset and the "Demo" mode is turned 
on. I don't have a manual handy but look in it to find how to disable 
the demo mode.
so far as the fan goes, you might be able to check for operating voltage 
inside the rig.
