Is there some unwritten rule that a thread should be allowed to die after 30 or 40 post on the topic. Maybe the mod can ask the other memberst to let this topic die.

worked just as it should which meant it didn't do much. I did find that
using my 706MKIIG mobile in motion is much more pleasant if I use a set
of the Heil Pro Set Quiet Phones. Probably shouldn't do that if you are
also the driver! I get a fair amount of engine noise from my GMC gas
engine PU.
