Don't know if it will intereest you, but I'm quoting one of the
messages I got below.
I have used Icom Pro Memory Edit.

on my 746. I know you have a 756 pro III, It says it supports
756 Pro II. It is old software but it is free so I would give it a try
and see what happens.
This program saves everything, I mean everything in memory,
including name, offsets, splits, etc. Takes about 15 seconds to
download it all from the radio. Takes about the same time to upload
it again. No need to edit/ transfer/ modify anything. You have all
the memory info, including memory name. Takes a little bit to set
things up for a radio that isn't on the list, but once you get that
done, it flys. Doesn't load memories to vfo, then copy out of the
vfo, reads straight from memory. Lot faster.
