[ICOM] Tuning in 10 hz steps

Take a look at P.26 in your owners manual. You can choose step size
per mode in the setup as shown on that page. Pushing and holding the
TS button for a second lets you alternate between tuning modes. The
setup lets you choose which tuning speed you want in either tuning
mode per operational mode, ie ssb, cw, rtty.
