[ICOM] Tuning in 10 hz steps

I have the 756 PRO111 and prior to my "playing" with it,  I used to be able to tune in 10hz steps.  i.e. 3520.13, 3520.19.  When I checked the manual it indicates how to quick tune and how to tune in various increments from 0.1 khz to 25khz.  I don't know how to get back to the former tuning increments of 10hz.  At present I can quick tune or after pushing the button go tuning by 1 hz.

Can anyone please help me out?
