John some of that kind of noise can get into your radio via the outside of
the shield of your coax. You might try using a line isolator on the coax
where it enters the shack. You can get one at Radio Works.

Subject: [ICOM] Icom 7000 noise blanker question
I have some line noise, or other electrical crud, on HF and 6m, and the NB
on my Icom 706 does very little to it (although it does complete remove it
on 2m). How does the NB on the Icom 7000 do on line noise and other noises
you get from electrical crud that comes from living in a residential
neighborhood?
Any feedback or experiences would be appreciated.
