[ICOM] DTMF problem with IC-2710H

Hi, George.

Can you find another Icom owner with a "touch-tone" mic?
If so, try that mic on your rig. I'm pretty sure that the
tones are generated INSIDE the microphone by a tone board.

You may also have a lack of 8V DC at the mic chassis
connector, mic plug, or inside your mic.

But when I use the same procedure (Function, DTMF, press and hold PTT, then press numbers on the mic keyboard), nothing happens. I wonder what's wrong?? 73 - George, N9EJS
