[ICOM] UPS and a 7800

OUCH!  Somewhere I heard that DHL was a good international parcel 
delivery service, but it seems like UPS certainly isn't!  I hope ICOM 
was able to handle the botched delivery appropriately (notifying UPS, etc.).
