[ICOM] IC-756 Pro II Power Output Change

[Thomas F. Giella]

Jim the Heil iCM is a very high output microphone and I normally have the 
mic gain set pretty low (9:30 am) in order to keep ALC under control. 
Increasing the mic gain does not help.

I'm not sure if I have a component has changed value in the audio chain or 
what?!
