[ICOM] IC-756 Pro II Power Output Change

Just a thought.  Sounds like from your just previous answer that it is 
actually ok on voice also.  Just hard to get the mic to modulate that high. 
Does it have a mic gain adjustment?  I have the original 746 and then the K3 
so thinking the 756ProII has a mic gain that may need raised up a bit.
