No offence intended to ANYONE, believe me, but that sort of sentiment at
this point of time strikes me as being about as in-tune with present-day
realities as, for example, a tourist to the Hawaiin Islands on 8th December
1941 complaining about his vacation being ruined because of what happened on
the 7th...

Would it be "natural" for a vacationer back then to be "...wondering how
that terrible tragedy" might affect his holiday...? I guess so, sure...but
it would HARDLY be appropriate, IMHO, and would doubtlessly (and rightfully
so) be the furthest thing from ANYONE'S mind...
