Hi Chuck,

No, there is no hidden menu for power-output setting by band. The RF Power
knob is the only power control, but there is also a CI-V command to set/read
RF Power setting. One could conceivably write a software program to manage
power output by band.

I just bought a new ICOM IC-9100, is there anyone in the group that own
one, that know if there is a hidden menu to reduce the rf output on each
band? 
  I'm trying to set the RF power control on the front of the radio to
max... and set the RF power to the proper drive level for each amplifier
144,432,1.2 GHz.
  so I don't have to adjust the RF control on the radio... I know the
IC-910H has the hidden menu. Thanks in advance...
