[ICOM] ICW32A BNC spanner nut tool

I once talked to a fellow while working at Icom who found a salad fork
the right width and broke out the tines that were in the way, then he
used a crescent wrench or pliers to remove the BNC Nut. The Blue
Lock-tite was Icom's attempt to keep the connector tight as they most
always came loose after a few antenna installs and removals. I often
wondered of the TNC connector would not have been a better choice. The
little SMA connector holds up remarkably well, its just a pistol to add
and external antenna to at times.
