[ICOM] ICW32A BNC spanner nut tool

Hi Larry,

I've taken a regular open-end wrench (don't recall what size right
now), and ground it down to make it thinner so it would engage the two
flats on the BNC connector.  Whenever I misplace it, I just make
another one.
