[ICOM] ICOM repair?

The Reset works just as the manual says it should.
The proper numbers come up.
Only thing, on the right side of the screen there's
a "U".     Unlocked (?)
After a few seconds the CPU goes insane and
just wanders all over. 
I expect the Operating Sysem will need to be
reloaded, so I'll call Bellevue tomorrow.  I hope
they still do 32AT's.   I don't enjoy bypassing some
of the repair people we've seen here, but I doubt
if any of them are in a position to do a reload.
I may have to call every one of them.   We'll see.
