[ICOM] ICOM repair?

Gary,
Understood. I have had a couple Icom radio's that had a Lithium
backup battery go bad, and go into a partial short mode, pulling the
voltage suppy down to the CPU. Radio did all kinds of stupid stuff.
Soon as I pulled the bad battery out, the radio worked OK because the
CPU voltage went back up to normal. Replaced the Lithium battery so I
would loose the memories everytime the battery was changed.
