[ICOM] SWR tuning issue with IC-706MkIIG

Without having a look at the schematic and hazarding a guess I would say
may one of the diodes in the swr circuit is in trouble.
Are you using an external meter to monitor the SWR when the Turbo Tuner
is running the antenna?
