[ICOM] IC-2720 Cross-band repeat?

Can the IC-2720 be configured for cross-band repeat wherein a signal that opens the squelch on 2m will key up the TX on 440 and unkey the 
440 TX when the 2m RX signal drops out?

If this is possible, I'd be grateful for instructions as to how it might be realized.
