[ICOM] IC-7656 Pro 3 Question

Did you buy the jumper pack that they sell or did you do the jumpers
manually? If manually, recheck your jumpers. I bought the pack and plugged
it in, then went to "Setup"...Soundcard-PTT and set the proper sound device,
"USB Audio Codec" as you stated. Then you need to set the PTT from the same
menu. I used Comport 0 and it worked with no problem. If you're using a CAT
then you're on your own on that. Every now and then, I will have a problem
and have found that the sound device has changed for some reason. I just
reset it to the"USB Audio Codec" and all is well again. It's probably a
Windows thing. I hope this all made sense. I have 2 of them and they work
really great. 1 for the PROIII and another for my 2M rig. Just uses 2
cables...a USB to the computer and the other to the rig.
