[ICOM] IC-2AT PL encoder

Fortunately...all those options I'd pay more to NOT have are not
included on the IC-2AT!!
My newer rigs have PL decode, I never use it.
The audio output is bad compared to some rigs...a few Motorola hand-helds
for example.
But much better than any little sized YaeComWoods sold today!
I'll probably check out the ComSpec unit...price etc. and put that in it.
