[ICOM] R71A Issues

Did you set the solder bridges for the R71A? Mine was not set by
default to the R71A and I had to remove a solder bridge and bridge a
different pair of solder pads.
For some reason, I don't think the paper instructions that came with
my Piexx unit had that info but their web site did.
I guess worse case is a wire around the ram board area of the logic
board fell off while you were replacing the board.
