[ICOM] R71A Issues

I'd look for the common mistakes. RF gain turned all the way back,
squelch turned too tight. If it worked before the old module went
out, replacing the module shouldn't change any audio paths. I'd be
sure something hasn't been accidently changed. Oh yes, try
headphones on it. Sometimes the little contacts on the headphone
jack would get corroded, you could hear ok with headphone. Typically
running the headphone jack in and out a few times cleaned the points.
Replaced a similar module in a IC-751, and all was well, worked as
before, but more memories, can't remember what else.
