[ICOM] Icom PP-1 phone patch

The PP-1 was an Icom SP-3 speaker with a William Nye Co. Phone patch 
installed by the Nye company.
Nye got rid of all the parts for the PP-1 before I left Icom in 2001 so 
if the patch is not working you may not have a lot of luck repairing it.
