[ICOM] Icom PP-1 phone patch

I am looking for Icom PP-1 phone patch. That is the one with several 
ic's in the circuit like 386 amps, etc.
I could build one from parts but I need something like this for USAF 
MARS Phonepatch net and I thought I would see what was available. R&L 
says they have one for $65.00, hoping to pay a lot less.
Maybe even a donation, I have a IRS501C3 corp.
