[ICOM] re xmit problem with IC-745

Also I doubt seriously the battery on the ram unit is causing this. 
Maybe some cracked solder joints where the ram unit attaches to the 
logic board. measure the ram battery, it should be something over 3 VDC 
if so its fine. The ram draws something in the micro-amps, that battery 
will likely out last most of us.  I have seen things wehre the IC-745, 
751 would transmit fine in VFO but not on some memory channels and it 
was the 8 volt supply as I mentioned in another email.

Not saying its absolutely the problem but surely worth a check and if 
the resistor is discolored change it out.
Since it works fine on LSB in memory mode I'd suspect the generation 
circuits like the LSB BFO are functioning correctly and T-8 volts is 
working.
