[ICOM] Shipping rigs

All good suggestions. What prompted my was one seemed to have shipping 
damage troubles in the past. Nothing takes the place of proper packing.
I one had someone return a laptop to where I work now, just shoved into 
a FedEx box, no padding and it survived I still use it.
But surviving not packed properly is not the normal thing.
