[ICOM] opinions needed - 706 finals

Scott of MTS was very helpful with my questions about 
radios. He said that the finals issue is with all the 706's 
even the Mark2G with lower serial numbers. He said any 
Mark2G with a serial number over 15XXXx or 16xxxx are 
alright though as they have the newer finals, not the 
obsolete ones.
