[ICOM] 970H

Sometimes Icom placed the part number on the schematic and not in the 
parts listing. If it was in both but showed a different part number 
between the schematic and parts listing we took the part number on the 
schematic as being correct and it generally was 99% or more of the time 
I don't remember if the finals were descrete or a power brick on the 
IC-970H.
