[ICOM] IC-756PROIII No Transmit ESD Failures

I read a review on eHam that several IC-7700s have had a similar problem....
I have a 756PRO that I bought new in Tokyo in 2000. NEVER any problems (plus 14 other Icoms, all FB)

WOW - I don't have an answer for you.....  but I am sure glad I kept my 781.  I
as actually considering selling it and getting a PRO-III.  Living on a
igh-plateau desert - that would not have been good.
Instead I used the money for an FT-817.  Pound for pound - way more fun than any
adio I have ever owned.

 that Icom blamed on ESD. From the reflector I learned there are many more
 people experiencing  the same problem.
