[ICOM] IC-756PROIII No Transmit ESD Failures

WOW - I don't have an answer for you.....  but I am sure glad I kept my 781.  I
was actually considering selling it and getting a PRO-III.  Living on a
high-plateau desert - that would not have been good.

Instead I used the money for an FT-817.  Pound for pound - way more fun than any
radio I have ever owned.
