[ICOM] IC-745 Meter Lamp Replacement

Milt,

In my time at Icom America I never saw a lamp spec with the current 
rating provided by Icom, Inc in any of their information we had access to.
I do agree however one of the specs for a DC lamp is the current rating.
I think those who have done so replacement with a nice LED is likely better.

I have been thinking about changing from CFL's at home to the new LED 
lamp replacements though I am unsure of the cost of those.
